We are seeking a dedicated Junior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about product development, have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude. You will be working closely with our Senior Product Manager and the development team to deliver high-quality, innovative products to our customers.

Role

The Junior Product Manager at our company is responsible for assisting the Senior Product Manager in developing and implementing product strategies. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for product development and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting the product vision and strategy under the direction of the Senior Product Manager
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch
• Participate in market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product development decisions
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on product performance to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions
• Assist in managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are prioritized and delivered on time

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Junior Product Manager, or similar role, with exposure to product development and strategy
• Some understanding of Outlook and Gmail
• Understanding of tools such as Figma, Userpilot (or any other digital onboarding platform), and more is a plus
• Knowledge in AI, machine learning, or LLM is a plus
• Proven record of organizational skills
• Basic understanding of product development best practices and the technology industry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
