Role
The Junior Product Manager at our company is responsible for assisting the Senior Product Manager in developing and implementing product strategies. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for product development and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting the product vision and strategy under the direction of the Senior Product Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch
- Participate in market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product development decisions
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on product performance to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions
- Assist in managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that features and enhancements are prioritized and delivered on time
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Junior Product Manager, or similar role, with exposure to product development and strategy
- Some understanding of Outlook and Gmail
- Understanding of tools such as Figma, Userpilot (or any other digital onboarding platform), and more is a plus
- Knowledge in AI, machine learning, or LLM is a plus
- Proven record of organizational skills
- Basic understanding of product development best practices and the technology industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
