We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior DevOps & Backend Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain and develop new features for our backend systems in TeamsMaestro and MailMaestro. You will monitor and scale the infrastructure to ensure these applications run efficiently and reliably. Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Maintain and develop new features for the backend systems of TeamsMaestro and MailMaestro, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
• Infrastructure Management: Monitor, scale, and optimize infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of TeamsMaestro and MailMaestro applications.
• System Optimization: Proactively address system performance issues, implementing best practices for optimization and ensuring high uptime and reliability.
• Observability & Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring, observability tools, and logging frameworks to provide insight into system health and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Cloud Application Deployment & Scaling: Proven experience deploying and scaling cloud applications, with expertise in AWS and Azure environments.

• LLM-based Application Management: Hands-on experience running large language model (LLM)-based applications in production environments.

• Backend Development: Strong expertise in backend development with Python and Django.

• System Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Expertise in system monitoring, performance tuning, and using observability tools to maintain optimal system performance.

  Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Bot Framework: Experience with the Microsoft Bot Framework for building intelligent bots.

• Microsoft Graph API: Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API for accessing various Microsoft services.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation to manage cloud infrastructure.

• DevSecOps & Compliance: Understanding of DevSecOps principles and experience with compliance frameworks like SOC2.
