We are searching for our first Growth Manager! The ideal candidate will have worked at early starge start-ups (0 to $2M ARR) preferably in SaaS, focus on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Role
The Senior Growth Manager at our company is instrumental in driving growth in our early-stage SaaS startup. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing industry trends, and working closely with the founding team. You will utilize channels like SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media, and leverage your understanding of the SaaS landscape to meet our growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement our growth strategies
- Work directly with the founding team
- Design and drive SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing to increase visibility and drive growth
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate growth tactics in response to market feedback
- Analyze performance data from various marketing channels and make informed decisions
- Position our tool in the market, identify the target audience, and communicate the value proposition effectively
- Create compelling content that attracts and engages our target audience
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players, influencers, and potential partners
- Build your team or network of agencies
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a SaaS startup environment in a growth role
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrable experience in managing and executing cross-functional growth strategies
- Proven track record of executing successful growth hacks
- Expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Metabase. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau
